During your first visit the doctor will ask questions, perform an exam, take X-rays if necessary, and perform a movement screening. You can expect this visit to take about 30-40 minutes. We understand everyone has a busy schedule and it is not always easy to fit an appointment into your week. At ChiroFit, the patient always comes first.  On your second visit to ChiroFit, the doctor will go over your exam and movement screenings as well as any X-rays that may have been taken. After, the doctor will go over your specific treatment plan in detail. In addition, the doctor will explain your insurance coverage and any costs that may apply to treatment. We have affordable cash plans that in some cases can cost you less than using insurance. Note: Any cost will be explained before you are billed.Typically physical therapy and manual therapy will begin on your second visit. It is suggested that you wear clothing you feel comfortable moving around in. Exercise soreness can be common in the beginning, but we provide you with an ice / heat pack for any areas that are hurting. After your second appointment, the doctor will typically follow up with you to make sure you are not feeling any undue pain from starting manual and physical therapy.
